TOPIC: People should include insects in their healthy diet

We should eat insects as part of a healthy diet.

I agree with this statement because they are healthy,
they are free and cheaper  to produce.

Insects are healthy because they have fibre and iron in them and they taste good. It has zinc and is low fat and it's good because when it is cooked you actually don’t taste the blood because you have cooked it, just when you eat meat you don’t taste the blood. Insects are good for me and if it is cooked it is good, the good thing is fibre and iron, which is good for our body.
