Today my friends and I read a book from Toi Toi with a volunteer named Lee. He is from Price Water House (PWC) which sponsored lots of Toi Toi books for our school. So we talked about his dad saving money when he was young, How he always takes his dog for a walk.

How to make a paper flower

1. Fold the paper in quarters landscape
2. Draw your petals
3. Insert design inside petals
4. Pick2-3 colours from crayons
5. Use crayons to outline desings
6. Go over lines at least twice (x2)
7. Dye (mrs  tofa will help with this part)
8. Leave to dry
9. Cut out petals
10. Arrange flower on cardboard.

1. Maui was not a God his whole life. He was learning to be a fisherman like his brother

2.  Maui's brothers thought he was too weak to be a good fisherman

3. Maui fished the north island up from his boat.

I know that Maui fished the sun.
